Delhi-based company Great Value Realty has announced the launch of a luxury residential project in Sector 107 of Noida . It has been named Ekanam. The company claims that this ultra-luxury residential project will provide buyers with everything they dream of. However, the prices of the flats in this project have been kept such that it will be difficult for the common man to buy them. Yes, the starting price of flats in this project is Rs 7 crore.
3 and 4 BHK houses
This 46-story project is building 280 3- and 4-BHK flats. Their dimensions range from 3,525 square feet to 5,525 square feet. This indicates the size of the rooms and drawing rooms. The developer claims that each flat has been carefully designed to ensure natural light reaches every part of the house and adequate ventilation. Customers also have the option of customization, meaning they can have their flat designed to their liking.
What will be the price of the flat?
The biggest question is what will be the price of the house in this project. However, the developer of the project is reluctant to give a clear answer to this question. Manoj Agarwal, CMD of Great Value Realty, says that the price of the apartment will start from Rs 7 crore. How much more will be the price, it will depend on your choice and the size of the flat. He did not disclose the upper price clearly. Earlier also, many projects of ultra-luxury flats have come up in Noida. One project had flats worth Rs 25 crore. In that project, all the flats were sold in a single day.
What other amenities will be available in the apartment?
The developer claims that residents will find a 100,000-square-foot clubhouse within the project, which will serve as a social and wellness hub. The club will reportedly feature an indoor pool and spa, a salon, a sports café, a cigar lounge, a business center, a gym and yoga studio, art and music rooms, and a theater. All of the club’s amenities will be surrounded by greenery and natural light.

The British firm Benoy was appointed as the architect for this project. Its website states that the company has operations in Europe as well as other countries in the Middle East and Asia. The company is headed by Chairman Graham Cartledge and CEO Tom Cartledge. It has designed some of the world’s most impressive residential and commercial real estate projects.
